My name is Beauty Beduya and I came on board with Premier Realty in March 2012. I graduated with a BS in Accountancy from the University of San Carlos, Cebu, Philippines and have been in sales for more than 27 years. I began in the Bank Industry in the Philippines before becoming a full-time Real Estate agent after 4 yrs of being in the USA.

• In 2013, I was nominated and awarded the “Rising Star” Award by the Bakersfield Association of Realtors for my services in my first year as an agent. The criteria for this award include sales production, professional reputation, and service contribution.

 

Since committing to Real Estate as my full-time career, I have consummated over 100+ single-family and multi-family residential transactions, totaling more than $20 million in acquisitions and dispositions for my clients.
